Having identified an underserved sect within the South Florida housing market, JIC primarily focuses on the acquisition and rehabilitation of multi-tenant housing units serving individuals and families with annual earnings under $35,000, which currently consists of approximately 40% of Palm Beach County households.

JIC aims to deliver superior returns by way of fewer tenant turnovers, reduced vacancy, and lower non-payment rates.

Jetta Investment Company is a privately-owned real estate investment firm based in Delray Beach, Florida. Kurt Jetta, Ph.D. is the President and Founder of Jetta Investment Company, and brings over 30 years of expertise as a former executive in consumer products analytics and consulting.
