This is a Mixed-Use property with 10 below-market rental units and a commercial space called the Doghouse Theater. The Doghouse Theatre features Improv and Comedy shows on the weekend and provides improv and standup comedy classes during the week. There are seven shared housing units that have communal bathrooms and rent for $550 per month. The remaining units two Expanded Studio units for $1,100-$1,250 per month and one, two bedroom unit for $1,550.  According to the U.S. Department of Housing Fair Rent is in Delray Beach is $1,800 for a Studio and $2,500 for a 2BDRM.

Unfortunately these improvements were rejected by Delray Beach City Commission.
